HOW TO ORDER
1. Contact SPORT-QUILTS® to schedule the creation of your momento. You will need to allow, at a minimum, 3-6 weeks for a completed SPORT-QUILT.
2. Choose your size quilt from the chart below.
3. Pick out your tee-shirts and count to see if you have enought for the size you want. You may use the backs of shirts to make up the difference.
4. Pre-wash all colored tee-shirts and the flannel sheet (backing) to allow for shrinkage.
5. Buy your backing. I recommend a flat bedsheet. Flannel sheets have become popular, if you plan to use your quilt as a blanket. Choose a sheet that is the same size as the quilt you order. However, if you want a flannel sheet, order the next size up.
6. IMPORTANT: Do not cut up your tee shirts.
7. Mail your tee shirts, backing, 50% of the down payment and the following information:
